While Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order primarily utilizes auto-save mechanics to track your progress, there is a surefire way to manually save your game if that’s something you’d prefer. To manually save in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you’ll need to find and visit Meditation Circles.
Sekiro+ Tomb Raider = Jedi Fallen Order. The combos you can make in the combat were pretty fluid, plus a combo that switches from single saber into double light saber (and visa versa). The puzzles and climbing and parkour i could do without but i liked the game overall.

If you open a chest or pick up an item, you will keep it even if you die. Dying in Fallen Order or any Souls game does NOT just revert to an old save, enemies just get their health back. This just isn’t as apparent in Fallen Order since there aren’t nearly as many items about, and not much reason to do suicide runs for items.

That's when it's saved and you can exit. Pretty much instantaneous, so don't think you have to wait around any. Fallen Order is explicitly a mix of elements from the Soulsborne and Metroidvania genres, featuring the exploration of the former and the combat of the latter.
