Re: S4 4.2 vs. RS6 4.2. Completely different engine. Slap to Hybrid K04's on a V8 and thats your recipe for 450hp. You could slap turbos on an S4 the probably is not making it fit but adequete cooling. The difference is that the RS6 has forged pistons stronger rods, its 5 valves per cylinder not 4.
